On the streets & places of New York City there is always something going on. Almost every day a new mural or a new graffiti is born.
Especially in the southern parts of Manhattan - Lower East Side, East Village & Soho - you could spot many street artists doing their public work.
They don´t do "oil on canvas", instead they are spraying their paintings on walls. Often their murals have a life of just some months, then someone sprays something new on the place.
