Gagosian Gallery has an exhibition with large scale abstracts by the German artist
Katharina Grosse (through March 11
gagosian katharinagrosse). I think her paintings combine perfectly with the majestic halls there. Therefore I begin this post with some installation images.
The combination of paintings with the room constructions create an art work of its own.
But I also enjoy the colorful compositions which look like tropical plants.
