(Drivebycuriosity) - Imagine that you are a rational thinker & mathematician. You are owner of a messy adventure park for children, inherited from you late brother, who was quite your opposite. Antti Tuomainen`s novel "The Moose Paradox", set in Finland and told in first person, is the sequel to "The Rabbit Factor" (my review).
It did not seem possible, but the plot got even more hilarious. All participants, except the narrator, behave even more ridiculous and irresponsible. The criminals got even more obnoxious and violent and there many more nasty surprises (this is a spoiler free blog).
The chain of chaotic events is highly entertaining, but challenged my goodwill a bit. But Tuomainen can write and creates intense & beautiful descriptions of situations & environments, spiced with a dark humor.
Looking forward to volume 3 of these ridiculous adventures.
