(Drivebycuriosity) - Pandemics come and go, Halloween repeats every year. The Tompkins Square Park in South East Manhattan is always a Mecca for freaks and punks. Yesterday the park attracted a lot people in Halloween outfits and bands played punk music and hardcore.
I took the occasion to collect some funny images. One of the punk bands smoked the park a bit when they started.
He looks scary, but did no harm (at least as long I watched him).
