(Drivebycuriosity) - Bangkok has plenty of attractions. The markets, which cover the needs of millions of people, belong to them. On Monday we took a ferry ride down the river to the Pak Khlong Talat (Flower Market).
The market is in a huge hall filled with stands where fruit, vegetables and flowers were sold. On many tables people where cutting flowers to create flower chains and such. The yellow of the Marigolds, used for shrines and other sacred purposes, dominated the hall.
I enjoyed the orgy of colors there.
