(Drivebycuriosity) - London belongs to the largest cities of the world, but there are still districts which look like villages. On Saturday my wife and I went to Walthamstow, a neighborhood in the north-east of the metropolis. There are no high-rises, many buildings look cozy & rural.
I got the impression that I had traveled back in time and arrived in 19th century England.
Many buildings are tiny but beautiful.
I love these historical shop fronts
and the wonderful gates & front gardens.
There is also a tiny Indian Temple.
This party reminds of Lewis Carroll´s tales. Where is the Mad Hatter?
To be continued
